We're based in Tamworth, Staffordshire and provide remote IT support to home users, sole traders and small businesses right across the UK. No engineer call-out fees, no minimum hours.
How remote IT support works
It's simpler than you might think. We send you a secure download link that opens a remote-control session. You stay in control the whole time — you can see exactly what we're doing on your screen, and the session ends the moment we close it. There's nothing left installed unless you ask for ongoing support.
Most jobs are completed in 15–60 minutes. We'll send you a fixed price up front so there are no surprises.
What we can fix remotely
- Slow Windows or Mac — startup tidy, driver updates, clean install.
- Email problems — Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail and Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft 365 — licensing, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, mailboxes.

What we can't fix remotely
Hardware faults — broken screens, dead motherboards, failed drives, console HDMI ports, anything physically damaged — need to come into our Tamworth workshop or be collected. Everything else is fair game for a remote session.
Pay-as-you-go or monthly cover
For one-off jobs we charge a fixed price per session, agreed up front. For businesses or anyone who'd like the peace of mind of always having someone on call, our monthly plans include unlimited remote support, monitoring and Microsoft 365 admin from £69/user per month.
Frequently asked questions
Is remote support secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted remote-control tools (TeamViewer or ScreenConnect). You can see everything we do on your screen and the session ends immediately when closed. We never store remote access without your permission.
How quickly can you help?
Same-day during business hours for most jobs. Urgent issues can usually be picked up within an hour or two of you contacting us.
Do you support Apple Macs?
Yes — Mac remote support is fully supported. We help with macOS updates, mail setup, iCloud, Microsoft 365 on Mac and software troubleshooting.
Will I need to install anything?
Just a small one-time download to start the remote session. It removes itself when the session ends. For monthly customers we install a small lightweight monitoring agent (with your permission).
How much does a remote support session cost?
