Founded in 2023 by Ryan Sambrook, the business was built around a simple idea: good technology should last longer. Too many devices get replaced when they can still be repaired, upgraded or brought back to life properly.
Whether it is a cracked phone screen, a failing laptop, an overheating PS5 or a slow computer, every repair is handled with care, honest advice and clear communication from start to finish.
We offer in-workshop repairs, local collection and return across Tamworth and surrounding areas, plus tracked UK-wide postal repairs for customers further away.

Ryan founded Elford Tech Repairs in 2023 after more than 15 years working across IT, repairs and technical support. He handles diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and customer advice, with a focus on doing the job properly rather than pushing unnecessary replacements. If it has a screen, cable or circuit, Ryan is usually the one bringing it back to life.

Abbie keeps the workshop running like clockwork — handling bookings, customer updates and the day-to-day admin so repairs stay organised from first message to collection. Friendly, helpful and usually the reason nothing slips through the cracks.
