iPhone Screen Polishing — Remove Scratches Without Replacing the Glass
Tired of looking at hairline scratches, swirl marks and scuffs every time you unlock your iPhone? Before you spend £100+ on a brand-new display, let us bring your original Apple glass back to life. Our multi-stage polishing service can dramatically reduce — and often completely remove — surface scratches, giving you that crisp, glassy, factory-fresh feel again.
Available UK-wide via our tracked, insured post-in service, with same-day walk-in slots from our Tamworth workshop covering Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Polesworth, Atherstone, Fradley, Burton upon Trent and the wider Staffordshire and Midlands area.

UK-wide post-in service
Anywhere in the UK — from Cornwall to the Highlands — you can send your iPhone to us with a fully tracked, insured Royal Mail or courier service. We assess it on arrival, send you a fixed quote, polish it the same day it's approved, and ship it straight back. Most postal polishes are turned around within 48 hours of arrival.
Prefer face-to-face? Pop into our Tamworth workshop — most walk-in jobs are finished in 60–90 minutes.
Why polish instead of replace?
A genuine iPhone display assembly can cost £100–£350 depending on model. Polishing your existing OEM screen keeps the original Apple OLED panel, True Tone calibration and Face ID flex completely untouched — and costs a fraction of a replacement. It's also the most sustainable option: no e-waste, no perfectly good OLED sent to a recycler.
What our screen polishing can fix
- Light to medium surface scratches from keys, coins or pocket grit.
- Swirl marks and micro-scratches from wiping the screen dry.
- Scuffs and haze on the front glass or rear glass.
- Edge scuffs from drops onto carpet or fabric.
What polishing cannot fix
Polishing reduces depth — it can't add glass back. We'll be upfront if your screen needs replacing instead:
- Cracks deep enough to catch a fingernail (these need a full screen replacement).
- Chips out of the corners or edges.
- Damage to the OLED underneath (black spots, lines, dead pixels).
Our polishing process
Every iPhone is deep-cleaned, masked off and inspected under bright raking light first. We then run a multi-stage polish using cerium oxide and progressively finer diamond compounds, with carefully controlled speed and pressure so heat never reaches the display below. Finally, we reapply a high-grade oleophobic coating so your screen feels smooth and resists fingerprints, just like new.
How long does it take?
Walk-in: 60–90 minutes depending on scratch depth.
Post-in: typically 48 hours from arrival, including return shipping back to you anywhere in the UK.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer iPhone screen polishing UK-wide?
Yes — we accept iPhones from anywhere in the UK via our fully tracked, insured post-in service. Send it in, we polish it, we ship it back. Most postal jobs are turned around within 48 hours of arrival.
How much does iPhone screen polishing cost?
Polishing typically starts from £29 and depends on the model and scratch depth. We give you a fixed price after a free assessment — whether you bring it in or post it.
Will polishing damage my iPhone screen?
No — done correctly, polishing only removes a tiny amount of the outer glass. We use controlled speed and temperature so the OLED underneath is completely unaffected.
Can you remove deep cracks by polishing?
No. If you can catch the crack with a fingernail, polishing won't help — you'll need a screen replacement. We'll always tell you honestly which option you need before charging anything.
Does polishing affect Face ID or True Tone?
Not at all. The original screen, Face ID flex and True Tone calibration stay in place — we only work on the outer glass surface.
Will my screen feel slippery again afterwards?
Yes — we reapply a high-grade oleophobic coating after polishing so the screen feels smooth and resists fingerprints, just like a brand-new iPhone.
How do I post my iPhone to you safely?
Back it up first, disable Find My iPhone, and send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked courier with insurance for the device value. We'll email full instructions and our address as soon as you book.
