How long does a typical repair take?

Most phone screen, battery and common laptop repairs are completed the same day — often while you wait. Mac logic-board work, console HDMI repairs and data recovery usually take 2–5 working days. We'll always give you an honest timeframe up front.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every repair is covered by a 12-month parts and labour warranty (90 days for liquid-damage work). Refurbished devices from the shop also include a 12-month warranty.

Will I lose my data during a repair?

Standard repairs don't touch your data. For board-level work or anything where data is at risk, we'll tell you before we start and offer a backup beforehand. We also do dedicated data recovery for failed drives, phones and RAID arrays.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome for quick diagnostics and common repairs, but booking online or by phone guarantees you a slot and lets us pre-order any parts so the job is done faster.

We offer both genuine OEM (including Apple-original) and high-quality aftermarket parts. You choose which fits your budget — pricing is shown clearly for both.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash. Online bookings and shop orders are processed securely via Stripe.

Can you recover data from a phone or hard drive that won't turn on?

Often yes — we recover data from dead phones, dropped drives, water damage and failed RAID arrays. We work on a no-fix-no-fee basis for most jobs and quote before any chargeable work.
